No self-pick up is available at this moment.
We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once it’s submitted.
We sincerely hope that all customers are satisfied with the overall shopping experience.
Under normal circumstances, once all orders and payment are confirmed, no refunds will be provided. So please be sure to verify all orders contents before placing an order.
If you have problems with the products, please contact us. Please provide the receipt or name and contact number for clarification, and our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
We handle each product packaging with care before delivery is made in order to ensure the safety during transportation. In some special cases, if the product is damaged or cannot be used normally due to non-human factors, for example, the product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of the products, and send a photo of the product defects.
